Brixton's Baddest Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 30 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and service. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Any queries please contact us. We offer a refund or exchange service but we cant refund your original postage cost if you have simply changed your mind.
- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
- All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition
- If you received your deck wrapped in plastic, the deck can not be returned if the plastic seal has been opened
- Once a deck has been assembled, neither the deck nor its parts can be returned or exchanged
- Once a deck has been gripped it can not be returned or exchanged
- All deck returns are dealt with by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion
- All Videos/DVD must be unopened

For European and International customers please mark you customs form as 'RETURN' we will not pay custom charges for mislabelled returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Claims and Refunds
Claims for Loss will need to be added within 28 days from the date of collection.
We shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage unless you notify us either via our website OR by written notice to Baddest Skateshop, 154 Stockwell Road, SW9 9TQ within:
(a) 14 days of delivery of the Consignment in the case of damage to all or part of a Consignment or loss of part of a Consignment;
(b) and in all other cases (including, but not limited to, loss of the whole of a Consignment) within 28 days from when the Consignment was collected or received by us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
