Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached

Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition

If you received your deck wrapped in plastic, the deck can not be returned if the plastic seal has been opened

Once a deck has been assembled, neither the deck nor its parts can be returned or exchanged

Once a deck has been gripped it can not be returned or exchanged

All deck returns are dealt with by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion

All Videos/DVD must be unopened
Claims and Refunds
Claims for Loss will need to be added within 28 days from the date of collection.
We shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage unless you notify us either via our website OR by written notice to Baddest Skateshop, 154 Stockwell Road, SW9 9TQ within:
(a) 14 days of delivery of the Consignment in the case of damage to all or part of a Consignment or loss of part of a Consignment;
(b) and in all other cases (including, but not limited to, loss of the whole of a Consignment) within 28 days from when the Consignment was collected or received by us.
